Founder Stephen Heins started REST TECHS in August of 2022 as the realization of his dream to own and operate his own service company. Having worked for the last 11 years repairing and learning commercial restaurant equipment, he saw a need for experienced techs who specialized in commercial restaurant equipment in the Tucson area. REST TECHS, was launched under the idea that no matter the size of your kitchen — be it food truck, local diner or large chain operation — when your equipment is down, you deserve to be able to reach a local technician who can diagnose and repair your machine promptly and proficiently. Today, REST TECHS is running as a small family business, tomorrow we see REST TECHS growing to the premier service provider you call when you need your equipment at peak performance all while maintaining the care and dedication felt of a family business.
